Refund Policy

Refund & Fee Policy: Admission & Scholarship Services

1. Fee Structure & Commitment

  • Initial Deposit: To initiate the application and scholarship hunting process, students are required to pay 50% of the total service fee as an advance.

  • Operational Use: This deposit covers critical upfront costs, including document verification, university-specific portal fees, direct communication with international faculty, and administrative overhead.

2. Refund Eligibility

We stand by our expertise. If we are unable to secure an admission offer for a student after a complete and timely application submission:

  • 50% of the paid advance will be refunded.

  • The remaining portion is retained to cover non-recoverable costs such as university application fees, processing charges, and service-related expenses incurred during the cycle.

3. Successful Placement

  • Upon receipt of a formal Admission Letter or Scholarship Award, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable and is fully adjusted against the final service fee balance.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To ensure the integrity of the process, no refund will be issued if:

  • Documentation Issues: The student submits fraudulent, altered, or incomplete documentation.

  • Voluntary Withdrawal: The student decides to cancel the process after applications have already been submitted to universities.

  • Eligibility/Compliance: The student fails to meet the minimum academic criteria stated by the university or fails the visa interview due to personal non-compliance with embassy rules.
